The room had a beautiful double room sea view. the breakfast buffet included many options. I especially liked the fresh fruit section. the hotel staff were always available, assisting with directions and luggage.
The minibar prices were quite high. A bottle of water cost 6 euros. the gym was small and only had a limited number of equipment. There were only two treadmills available.

The hotel featured beautiful Ottoman decorations and special amenities. I particularly appreciated the rooftop restaurant. It offered a fantastic view and excellent food. The staff accommodated an early check-in and a late check-out, without any questions asked.
The street on which the hotel is located is dirty. It is also very shady. The hotel lacks a nice lobby. I missed drinking good coffee.

The hotel staff was very cute and always attentive. Breakfast offered plenty of delicious choices and a good view each morning. The hotel provides separate male and female times for gym and spa access, catering to muslim guests. I found this unique feature very welcome (a thoughtful consideration).
The water in the room was charged, which i found unusual for a five-star hotel. It would be nice to have complimentary water provided. We reviewed the snack menu in the room but noticed there were no prices listed.

The hotel is within quick walking distance to main tourist attractions. This made sightseeing very easy. It is conveniently located for exploring historical sites. I found the central position quite advantageous.

I TRULY appreciated the convenient location, near major attractions. The breakfast buffet included diverse options and fresh ingredients. The room design was elegant, also it featured detailed craftsmanship. Staff were very friendly, they provided really good service .
The gym equipment was somewhat limited, consisting of two treadmills and a small selection of weights.

the breakfast offered good pastries and omelets.
The concierge promoted their private city tour, it seemed like a guided tour explaining istanbul's history. it turned out to be more like a chauffeur service. There was no guide and no historical explanations. the pricing also lacked transparency, with an unexpected 20% tax added to the €395 tour cost.

I booked a two nights at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service from arrival to departure. The front desk was very attentive! I also find it useful. The hotel architecture and interior decor are awesome! I also like that the location is perfect. We walked to all main sites.
I only faced a minor issue. There was no alcohol available at the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bell service team arranged a Bosphorus sunset cruise for us. They also arranged transportation and offered top-tier assistance with all requests. I was satisfied with my experience.

The rooftop restaurant is excellent. The place offers a great water view. The breakfasts were delicious and had a special view. I must recommend trying the signature Shah rice. It's flavorful and lovely.

the beautiful double room sea view had a comfortable bed. it also featured two separate sinks. the rainfall shower was a plus! the breakfast selection included a wide range of foods. the staff at breakfast accommodated requests. little gifts were handed out at checkout.
The hotel called a taxi into town. there was nothing to help get back
